Hicks Armor

Hicks Armor worked as the Director of Stewardship and Strategic Planning at the Diocese of Knoxville starting from October 2020. In this role, they were responsible for directing stewardship, strategic planning, and development. Hicks assisted various ministries, including St. Mary's Legacy Clinic, Catholic Charities, and Catholic Schools, with their development initiatives and also provided assistance with church placements. Prior to this, Hicks worked as the Senior Vice President of Employee Benefits at Brown & Brown Insurance from an unspecified start date until March 2022.

Hicks Armor completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 1971 to 1975. During this time, they studied economics, accounting, and human resources.
