William Weber Jr. is an experienced chaplain currently serving at Saint Peter’s Healthcare System since October 2019 and as a deacon for the Diocese of Metuchen since June 2019. Previously, William held the position of CPE chaplain at Overlook Medical Center from September 2018 to May 2019, where responsibilities included attending morning rounds and serving as an on-call chaplain. In the corporate sector, William held various leadership roles, including Associate Vice President at Comverse (2005-2011), Executive Director at CSG Systems (2002-2005), and Senior Director/Department Head at Lucent Bell Laboratories (1998-2002). On November 19, 1981, His Holiness John Paul II established the Roman Catholic Diocese of Metuchen. The diocese is comprised of a Catholic population of 650,000 and encompasses Middlesex, Hunterdon, Somerset and Warren counties, which span through the upper central and western parts of New Jersey. This Bishop’s seat is the Cathedral of St. Francis of Assisi in Metuchen, NJ. OUR MISSION is to evangelize all people, at all times, and in all places.
