Fr. Brian Grady

Fr. Brian Grady has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Fr. Brian currently serves as the Director of the Office of the Permanent Diaconate at The Diocese of Rockford, a position they have held since June 2022. Fr. Grady has also held the role of Pastor and Dean at The Diocese of Rockford. Prior to their time at The Diocese of Rockford, they served as a Personnel Director and held various positions as a Parish Administrator and Associate Pastor. Fr. Grady began their career as an Intern at WM and also worked as a Crew Member at McDonald's.

Fr. Brian Grady completed their education at Mount St. Mary's University from 1995 to 2000, earning a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree in Theology and Religious Vocations. Prior to that, they attended Northern Illinois University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Their major subjects were English Language and Literature/Letters and Journalism. Fr. Brian Grady began their educational journey at Marmion Abbey/Academy from 1987 to 1991, though the degree and field of study are unspecified.
