Therese Stahl

Therese Stahl has a diverse work experience spanning several fields. Therese is currently the Director of the Life and Family Evangelization Office at The Diocese of Rockford since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Proprietor of Stahl Communications since 2000. Therese also held various roles at St. John Neumann Roman Catholic Church, including Director of Religious Education & Evangelization and Director of Evangelization and Faith Formation from September 2012 to February 2022. Additionally, Therese worked as an Associate Director of Religious Education at St. Petronille Church from 2004 to September 2012. Moreover, they have experience as a Managing Editor at Park Ridge Center for the Study of Health, Faith, and Ethics from 2000 to 2002, and as a Senior Editor and Information Specialist at the Institute of Food Technologists from 1993 to 2000. Lastly, they were an Editor and Production Manager/Editorial Assistant at Texas A&M University from 1988 to 1993.

Therese Stahl completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Saint Xavier University in 1987. From 1987 to 1988, they pursued graduate studies in teaching writing at the University of Illinois Chicago. Later, in 2003 to 2004, they attended Catholic Theological Union to study theology, but the degree obtained is unspecified. Finally, from 2007 to 2011, Therese pursued a Master of Arts degree in Pastoral Studies from Loyola University Chicago.
