Maya Kashlan

Maya Kashlan currently serves as the Head of Operations at DIOME since August 2024, following a role as a Venture Fellow at SoGal Ventures, where involvement included leading pre-seed and seed rounds for innovative businesses. Prior to these positions, Maya pursued an MBA at Harvard Business School from August 2022 to May 2024. Earlier professional experience includes global strategy and international development at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., along with roles in financial strategy for Murad Skincare and global operations for Smashbox Cosmetics during a tenure at Unilever. Additional experience includes strategic partnerships and analytics at Refinery29 and a digital marketing internship at The Honest Company. Maya holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
