Michael Gillett

Michael Gillett is a skilled engineering leader with extensive experience in the juvenile product industry. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering for Car Seats and Strollers at diono® since May 2021, Michael directs the development of car seats and strollers, ensuring alignment with premium standards. Prior to this, Michael held various roles including Consumer Goods Manager at Intertek and Head of Engineering for Car Seats at diono®. Michael's background includes positions such as Compliance Engineer at Vista Outdoor Inc., Quality/Compliance Director at Nuna Baby Essentials Inc., Product Development Engineer at Little Tikes, and Senior Design Engineer at Iron Mountains LLC. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Southeast Missouri State University.
