Elie Raad has extensive work experience in the food industry. Elie started their career as a Kitchen Supervisor at Zaatar W Zeit in 2007 and later worked as a Waiter/Trainer and Team Leader. Elie then served as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager before becoming an Area Manager at the same company. In 2014, they joined Ministry of Food sal as an Operations Manager. Currently, Elie is working at dipndip as a Franchise Support Consultant and also holds the position of Director of Franchise Operations.
