Mohamed Medhat

Mohamed Medhat is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Rowad Alofok-Pan Bakery Factory since February 2021, and as Multi Unit Manager at dipndip since May 2017, Mohamed has successfully overseen restaurant operations, focusing on cleanliness, quality, and guest satisfaction while managing employee productivity. Additionally, Mohamed held a role as Store Manager, where responsibilities included directing daily operations, enhancing customer service, and driving sales growth. In parallel, since February 2015, Mohamed has also contributed to STC Solutions as a Sales Developer. Educationally, Mohamed holds a degree in Information Systems from Delta Academy, earned between 2001 and 2005.
