Jonathan Goohs has held a variety of roles in the financial services industry since 1992. Jonathan began their career as a Financial Services Representative at Guardian Life. In 1997, they moved to Fleet Securities Inc. / U.S. Clearing Corp as an Account Manager, where they managed client relationships and analyzed credit risk exposure and monthly billing statements. In 1999, they were promoted to Assistant Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager at ADP Clearing (f/k/a- B of A Clearing, Fleet Securities, U.S. Clearing). In this role, they deepened relationships with a strategic global client base and negotiated client contract renewals. In 2005, they moved to Pershing as an Assistant Vice President, Account Management, where they managed and cultivated client relationships in the retail and institutional segments. In 2007, they joined Charles Schwab & Co. as a Senior Manager, Trading Operations (Director Level). Jonathan was responsible for all client (retail and internal) electronic order review, and managed dual geographic locations with supervisory staff members. In 2011, they moved to Broadridge Financial Solutions as a Senior Manager, Document Imaging Operations (Director Level). In this role, they planned resourcing and managed a $5 million revenue and $3 million expense budget for a flexible staffed department. In 2014, they founded J Goohs Consulting, where they provided operational support and consulting services to financial service organizations. Finally, in 2015, they joined WFG - World Financial Group as a Financial Services Advisor. In 2017, they moved to Dipaola Financial Group as a Managing Director, Investment Services and Investment Advisor Representative, where they helped individuals, families and business owners develop and implement strategies to position themselves for a stronger future and protect today.
Jonathan Goohs completed a BBA program in Accounting and Marketing at Hofstra University. In 2014, they completed a PMP / CAPM CERTIFICATION COURSE in Project Management at Stony Brook University. Jonathan also obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Accounting from Nassau Community College. Additionally, they hold Life and Health Insurance Licenses from the State of California, Massachusetts, New York State Department of Financial Services, and NJ Department of Banking & Insurance. Jonathan also holds a Series 65 from North American Securities Administrators Association and a Series 7, 6 & 63 from FINRA.
