Fabio Fasciani

Fabio Fasciani is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various roles and industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at the Dipartimento per la Trasformazione Digitale since 2020, Fabio has been instrumental in establishing the HR function within the Italian Prime Minister's Office. Previous positions include Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at KPIT, where Fabio led European talent acquisition efforts in the automotive sector, and Talent Acquisition Specialist at incadea, with a focus on end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
