Federico Giaimo

Federico Giaimo is a professional with extensive experience in design, specialized in service design and human-robot interaction. Currently serving as the Referente di Designers Italia at the Dipartimento per la Trasformazione Digitale since March 2022, Federico manages initiatives that provide resources for digital services within the Public Administration. Previously at ALTO Robotics S.p.A., Federico focused on human-robot interaction design, contributing to award-winning projects. Federico's educational background includes degrees in Developmental and Communication Psychology, Human-Robot Interaction, and Service Design, alongside teaching and mentoring roles in user experience and service design. A former partner at THINGS, Federico has a comprehensive approach to experience design, incorporating various touchpoints and user insights in projects.
