Lorenzo Brina

Lorenzo Brina has over 20 years of experience in HR management. Lorenzo started their career as an HR Generalist at BorgWarner Morse TEC, where they handled personnel management, hiring, training, and trade-union relations. Lorenzo then worked as an HR Site Manager and General Services Manager at Lamberti S.p.A., where they managed HR operations for two production plants and oversaw trade-union relations and expatriate relocations. Currently, they are the Global Director of HR at Dipharma Francis S.r.l, responsible for managing the HR department for a chemical company with multiple production sites and offices.

Lorenzo Brina obtained a Diploma in Ragioneria from I.T.C. Gandhi M.K. - Besana B.za - MI in 1993. Lorenzo then pursued a Degree in Political Science from Milan Statale University from 1993 to 2001. In 2010, they completed a Trade Unions Relations Master program at Ipsoa.
