Gjertrud Aanestad

Gjertrud Aanestad has extensive experience in quality assurance, laboratory management, and analytical systems within the biotechnology and healthcare sectors. Current roles include Kvalitets- og HMS sjef and Forbedring og kvalitetssjef at Diplom-Is since April 2017. Prior positions include QA Specialist at Pronova BioPharma / BASF and Laboratory Manager at Orkla Health. Gjertrud's career began at GE Healthcare, where contributions included serving as a Sr. Research Technologist and Departement Manager within Analytical Sciences R&D. Earlier roles involved analytical method development and routine analysis at Nycomed Imaging Lindesnes Fabrikker and GE Healthcare, as well as developing analytical chemistry methods while tutoring students at Oslo College of Engineering. Gjertrud holds a BSc in Chemistry from Oslo and Akershus University College, completed between 1992 and 1995.
