Phil Pratt

Phil Pratt serves as the Group Sustainability Officer at Diploma PLC since March 2023, contributing to the executive team's sustainability strategy. Prior to this role, Phil held the position of Chief Sustainability Officer at THG from July 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included leading the 2030 sustainability strategy and setting Net Zero targets. As Managing Director of BSUSTAINABLE from April 2020 to July 2021, Phil focused on helping organizations build sustainable futures. Phil's extensive experience at Danone included various leadership roles from April 2009 to September 2019, overseeing sustainability, communications, and public affairs across significant European and global business operations. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of CSR for Mondelēz International and holding commercial leadership roles at British American Tobacco. Phil holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Applied Chemistry from Kingston University and completed executive education at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2020.
