Tom Wells

Tom Wells has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Tom started their career at Caremark Inc in 1985 as an Operations Manager. Tom then moved on to Biomedical Homecare in 1993 where they served as the Director of Operations. In 1995, they joined Housecall Medical Resources/Adventist Health Systems as the Director of Operations and Asset Management, overseeing warehouse, facility operations, distribution, and procurement. Tom continued their career at Adventist Health System in 1998 as the Director of Asset Management, responsible for procurement and implementation of materials management program. From 1999 to 2001, they worked at Lighthouse SuperScreens as an Operations Manager. In 2003, they joined Kight's Medical as an Operations Manager, managing warehouse, inventory, procurement, delivery, and facilities for the home medical and respiratory provider. Tom then joined MedPro Rx, Inc in 2005 as the Director of Reimbursement & Operations. In 2017, they joined Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy as the Group Vice President of Patient Financial Services. Currently, they are serving as the Group Vice President of Patient Financial Services at Optum since February 2020.
