Morgan Jones

Morgan Jones is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the General Manager of Operations at Diplomatik Group since April 2023. With a career spanning over two decades, Morgan has held various HR roles across prominent companies, including HR Manager at Iron Mine Contracting, KONE, and Fortescue Metals Group, where responsibilities involved managing HR services for significant projects. Additional experience includes consultancy positions at ImpRes and Chandler Macleod, as well as an Employee Relations Advisor role at CB&I. Morgan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on HR and Industrial Relations from Edith Cowan University.
