Ekaterina Kharchenko

Ekaterina Kharchenko has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Ekaterina is currently the Head of Product Delivery at DiPocket Limited, a role they have held since 2017. Prior to this, Kharchenko worked at JSCB Ukrsotsbank Member of UniCredit Group for over eight years. Ekaterina started as the Head of Planning Unit and later became the Head of Planning and Control Department. In these roles, they managed planning and control teams, implemented restructuring initiatives, and created transparent and effective workflows. Kharchenko was also responsible for managing yearly planning cycles, regular reporting cycles, and supporting managerial decisions with ad-hoc analytics and financial modeling. Ekaterina also managed the MIS solution for the department. In 2008, Kharchenko worked as the Head of Products in a retail banking project that focused on credit brokerage. Prior to that, they worked at Bank Renaissance Capital as a Product Manager, where they developed the credit card strategy for the bank. In 2007, Kharchenko briefly served as a Product Manager at Home Credit Bank before joining UniCredit Bank as a Retail Product Manager. At UniCredit Bank, they successfully completed the product definition and implementation phase, including managing IT setup requirements and activation of principal membership licenses with payment systems and processing centers. Overall, Kharchenko's work experience highlights their expertise in product development, planning, control, and strategic management in the banking industry.

Ekaterina Kharchenko obtained a BBA in Management Information Systems from International Christian University, Kiev, from 1999 to 2003. Ekaterina then pursued a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Kyiv National Economics University from 2003 to 2004. Additionally, in May 2017, Kharchenko obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Computing specialization from Coursera Course Certificates.
