Lee-Anne Barns-Lawton

Lee-Anne Barns-Lawton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and customer experience within Lion, where Lee-Anne has held various leadership roles since January 2010. Currently serving as the Product Manager Chapter Lead, Lee-Anne oversees the development of the Product Manager Chapter team while liaising with Digital Product Owners and the Digital Delivery Director. Previous positions include Business Partner, where Lee-Anne facilitated strategic technology decisions to align IT with business needs, and Director of Business Integration, focusing on the implementation of SAP across Lion New Zealand. Lee-Anne has also been instrumental in developing customer experience strategies and managing service delivery within key sales functions.
