Isidoros Mezopoulos

Isidoros Mezopoulos has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Isidoros currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at DiPocket Group, where they are responsible for developing and executing the company's commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion. In this role, they lead a high-performing team across sales, account management, marketing, and business development. Prior to their current position, Isidoros worked at Mastercard as an Account Manager and Director of Cyprus Representative Office, where they provided strategic customer solutions and managed customer satisfaction with Mastercard's products and services. Before that, they held the role of Sales Account Manager and FSS Delivery Lead at IBM, where they led and coached the engagement team in driving overall sales efforts in the financial services sector. Isidoros also has experience as a Business Management Consultant at Transactio Consulting, where they led teams of business analysts and supported clients in gathering and documenting business requirements for various projects. Additionally, they worked at TSYS as a Technical Account Manager, managing client projects and support services, and as a Senior Technical Analyst, implementing and supporting the TSYS card management solution. Earlier in their career, Isidoros worked as a Consultant at Cognity, implementing and supporting CRM, web portal, and custom IT projects, and as a Consultant at Oracle Financial Solutions, developing customizations and supporting the core banking system solution. Isidoros also gained valuable experience in various fixed-term roles at ManpowerGroup Greece before fulfilling their military duties. Throughout their career, Isidoros has demonstrated their proficiency in strategic planning, account management, business development, requirements gathering, and team leadership. Isidoros is skilled in using various technologies such as SQL, PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, and Oracle databases.

Isidoros Mezopoulos obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
