Paulo Sousa has over a decade of experience in financial management and investor relations, currently serving as CFO and Director of Investor Relations at Direcional Engenharia since March 2011. Responsibilities include engaging with investors and market analysts, preparing regulatory financial documents, monitoring stock performance, and maintaining investor relations content on the company website. Prior to this, Paulo worked as an independent investment agent from January 2007 to March 2011, focusing on client services and trading operations. Paulo holds an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and a degree in Economics from PUC Minas, along with a specialization in Business and Innovation from B.I. International.
