Mark Hutchison

Mark Hutchison is currently the Director at Direct-C. Mark has also previously worked as the VP Pipelines & Special Projects at ShawCor Ltd., the Senior Manager, New Venture at Flexpipe Systems - A ShawCor Company, and the Vice Chair at Hospice Calgary. In May 2017, they became the Chair of the Board of Directors at QuadeL Growers Inc.

Mark has always been driven by a desire to help others. This was evident early on in their career when they became involved with Hospice Calgary. As Vice Chair, they helped lead the organization through a period of growth and expansion. Their time at QuadeL Growers Inc. was also marked by their dedication to making a difference; as Chair of the Board of Directors, they helped the company navigate a challenging time and emerge stronger than ever.

A natural leader, Mark has always been drawn to positions of responsibility. At Flexpipe Systems, they oversaw the development and launch of new products, while at ShawCor Ltd. they were responsible for managing a team of over 200 employees. In their current role as Director at Direct-C, Mark is responsible for leading the company's sales and marketing efforts.

Mark is a proven leader with a track record of success in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. Mark is passionate about making a difference in their community and is dedicated to helping others reach their full potential.

Mark Hutchison has a certificate in Authentic Leadership Development from Harvard Business School Executive Education, an MBA from Haskayne School of Business, and a B. Comm. in finance from Alberta School of Business at the University of Alberta. Mark is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) in Canada.
