Jessica Van Cleave, MBA, has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Jessica currently works as a Marketing Specialist at Direct ChassisLink Inc. (DCLI) starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Enrollment Marketing Coordinator at Winthrop University from September 2018 to January 2023. During their time at Winthrop University, they were responsible for researching, creating, managing, and analyzing targeted content for social media platforms, developing and analyzing graphics, videos, and copy for targeted campaigns, and creating and managing all print, digital, and AV content for admissions events.

Before their role at Winthrop University, they worked at CISV International as a Leader and Staff from June 2015 to January 2019. In this position, they led international travel for peace education camps, took responsibility for the health and well-being of child participants, and facilitated and created learn-by-doing activities for over 60 participants from 12 different countries.

Additionally, Jessica has prior experience at Winthrop University as an Athletics Video Production Intern from January 2017 to May 2018. In this role, they created intro videos for the Big South Tournament, developed promotional athletic videos to increase student and community engagement, and shot in-game footage for various sports. Jessica also worked as an Office of the First-Year Experience Video Production Intern and Peer Mentor from August 2016 to May 2018. In this position, they developed ideas and shot footage for videos, promoted retention efforts through social media strategies, and created promotional materials for retention-driven events.

Furthermore, Jessica was a Student Athlete at Winthrop University from August 2014 to May 2017.

Jessica Van Cleave, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Winthrop University, which they obtained in the academic year 2021-2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies at Winthrop University, spanning from 2014 to 2018.
