Ron Joseph

Ron Joseph has extensive experience in the transportation and logistics industry, holding various executive positions throughout their career. Ron most recently served as the Executive Vice President and COO at Direct ChassisLink Inc. (DCLI) since August 2018. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President and COO at Direct Chassis Link (DCLI) from December 2013 to July 2018, where they were responsible for the field organization, logistics, maintenance and repair, and business development.

Before joining DCLI, Joseph served as the President of TransX USA from March 2010 to January 2013, leading the U.S. business for the TransX Group of Companies. Ron also held various roles at FedEx Ground from 1998 to 2009, including SVP Linehaul Safety and Maintenance and Vice President of Transportation, Safety and Maintenance. In these positions, they managed operating budgets, developed key customer relationships, and oversaw fleet maintenance and safety programs.

Joseph's earlier experience includes positions at Roadway Package System and Frontier Division Preston Trucking Company. Ron served as the Vice President of Transportation, Safety, and Maintenance at Roadway Package System from 1992 to 1998 and held multiple roles, including Director of Linehaul Operations and Safety. At Frontier Division Preston Trucking Company, they worked as a Director from 1982 to 1984.

Their career began at Titan Division Eazor Express, where they served as the Vice President from 1973 to 1982.

Throughout their career, Joseph has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in operations, logistics, maintenance, and safety management. Ron has successfully implemented various programs and initiatives, developed relationships with key stakeholders, and delivered results in their respective roles.

Ron Joseph attended Youngstown State University from 1972 to 1978, where they earned an Associate of Applied Business degree in Transportation Management.
