Steven Pearce

Steven Pearce has extensive experience in corporate finance and investment. Steven began their career as the Chief Operating Officer of Tiger Equities Pte Ltd in 2016. Steven then joined LTP Capital Pte Ltd as a Partner, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. During their time at LTP Capital, they played a key role in the public listing of Asia Vets Holdings Ltd through a reverse takeover. In 2019, Steven co-founded Clove Financial and Reverse Takeovers. Steven assisted companies such as Banxa.com, K-TIG, and Biocure Technology Inc. in their reverse takeovers and successful public listings. In 2019, they also served as the Managing Director of FinTech Consortium, a fintech incubator and ecosystem builder. Since 2022, Steven has been working at Direct Communication Solutions, providing corporate finance services. Overall, they have a strong background in finance and has successfully assisted companies in accessing capital markets and achieving public listings.

Steven Pearce completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Economics and Finance at Curtin University from 1997 to 1999. In the same period from 1999 to 2004, they also pursued additional education at the Australian Stock Exchange, becoming an Australian Stock Exchange Accredited Derivative Advisor (ASX ADA2 Qualified) and a CLICK Equity Options Designated Trading Representative (DTR).
