Rowan Reichman

As the Human Resources Manager, Rowan's primary role is to act as a support and advisor to Directors, Managers and Staff. A key element of Rowan's role is creating and communicating company policies and procedures regarding employee performance and welfare. Rowan day is kept busy with Policy Design/Implementation, Training, Learning and Development, Employee and Industrial Relations as well as ensuring the company is compliant with Health and Safety and Governance. Having worked in the Operations side of the business as the Fleet Manager for the last 3 years Rowan has a considerable amount of knowledge in regards to the Chain of Responsibility.
