Kanchan Auti-Jadhav is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and personal branding. Currently serving as a Training Officer at Direct Dialogue Initiatives India Pvt. Ltd. since August 2023, Kanchan has also operated as a self-employed Image Consultant and Soft Skills Trainer since March 2018, enhancing the personal and professional image of over 20,000 individuals. Prior experience includes a role as MPC Consultant Trainer at Naandi Foundation from November 2018 to August 2023, where Kanchan conducted comprehensive training sessions for students from various educational backgrounds, covering essential skills such as communication, team building, and personal branding.
