Keith Smith

Keith Smith is currently serving as the President at Direct Digital Holdings, where Keith is responsible for the company's financial and capital markets strategy to drive organic and acquisition growth. With extensive experience in private equity and mezzanine debt, Keith has raised multiple rounds of capital and completed various acquisitions to ensure the financial stability and strategic direction of DDH. Prior to their current role, Keith held positions at Parkview Capital and Capital Point Partners. Keith also has a strong educational background with an MBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
