Neil Johnson

Neil Johnson has been working in the field of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) technology for several years. Neil has experience as a Lead Engineer at Variable Refrigerant Flow Services (VRFS) and DXS - Direct Expansion Solutions, where Neil specializes in research and development of VRF technology as well as third-party control integration. Prior to that, Neil was an Engineering and Service expert at Texas Air Products, focusing on Mitsubishi VRF Systems and Grundfos Pumps. With a degree in Thermal and Fluid Dynamics from The University of Texas at San Antonio, Neil has a solid background in engineering. In their earlier years, Neil also gained experience in management, installation, coordination, field crew management, and sales at Lee Air Services.
