Jeff Cordle

Jeff Cordle has a diverse work experience in the field of resource management and recruitment. Jeff started as a Technical Recruiter at The Select Group in 2013. Jeff then moved on to KCI, LLC, where they held various roles, including Account Executive and Managing Director in the Resource Management Group. Currently, they are serving as the Sr Director of Strategic Initiatives at Direct Line Global, where they have held previous roles such as Director and Senior Manager in the Resource Solutions Group.

Jeff Cordle completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Management at East Carolina University - College of Business in 2013. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at the Villanova School of Business, with an expected completion date in 2024. Additionally, they hold certifications in Conceptual Selling and Strategic Selling from the Miller Heiman Group.
