Laurel Berenguer

Laurel Berenguer, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in strategic initiatives and employee relations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of HR Strategic Initiatives and previously as Sr. Employee Relations Director at Gray Television, Laurel has held significant roles including Sr. Human Resources Director and Human Resources Director for Meredith Corporation's Local Media Group. Laurel also brings entrepreneurial experience as the Consultant/Owner of Creative Business Solutions and has served as Vice President of Operations at Orbseal LLC, alongside a tenure as Director of Human Resources at Mar Kay Plastics. Laurel holds a Master's of Science in Psychology from Walden University and a Bachelor's in Business Management from Davenport University.
