Jessica Hinton has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as Recruitment People Lead at Direct Line Group since July 2015, with prior roles as Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruitment Consultant, and HR Advisor within the same company. Before joining Direct Line Group, Jessica worked as a Graduate Recruitment Assistant at Parabis Resourcing from July 2014 to July 2015. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management from Leeds Beckett University (2011-2014) and a CIPD Level 5 qualification from Leeds City College (2018-2019).
