Joseph Ward

Joseph Ward is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, team leadership, and fashion design. Currently serving as Customer Solutions Team Leader at Direct Line Group since March 2021, Joseph previously worked in customer service roles at Yorkshire Energy and Direct Line Group, where efficiency and sales targets were consistently met. Joseph's early career included positions in the fashion industry, such as Freelance Knitwear Designer for Carlo Volpi and various roles in studio assistance and event management. Joseph holds a BA Hons in Fashion/Apparel Design from Kingston University and a Foundation Diploma in Art & Design from Leeds Arts University.
