Luke Steadman

Luke Steadman is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Head of Cyber Defence at Direct Line Group since April 2023. Previously, Steadman held the position of Senior Manager - Cyber Defence at Fidelity International from September 2020 to March 2023, where responsibilities included enhancing various cyber defence functions and focusing on global efficiencies. Prior to that, Steadman was the Cyber Security Operations Manager at Hargreaves Lansdown, overseeing strategic reporting and incident response processes. Earlier experience includes roles as Cyber Security Lead and Fraud Systems Specialist at Nationwide Building Society, as well as serving as a Customer Support & Overnight Team Supervisor at Smythson of Bond Street, where effective anti-fraud measures were implemented.
