Parikshit Rana

Parikshit Rana is a Senior Scrum Master and Agile Delivery Lead at Direct Line Group since September 2022, responsible for leading agile teams and enhancing productivity through the use of Jira and Confluence. Previously, Parikshit served as a Project Manager at FedEx, managing high-impact projects, and as a Deployment Lead at BP, where oversight of the Office 365 deployment program was key. Earlier experience includes roles as a Student Voice Leader and Student Learning Assistant at Middlesex University, focusing on student support and representation. Parikshit began a management career in the restaurant industry with Wagamama and Wahaca. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Middlesex University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Hospitality from Kurukshetra University.
