Steve Redman has extensive experience in document management and change delivery, currently serving as Head of Documents & Change Delivery at Direct Line Group since May 2012. Previous roles at Direct Line Group include Senior Commercial Manager and Senior Contract Manager. Prior to this, Steve worked as an Account Manager at Williams Lea from 2007 to 2012, and held the position of Regional Account Manager at Pitney Bowes from 1997 to 2007. Steve's career began at Swiss Post, where responsibilities included serving as a Mail Room Supervisor from 1993 to 1997. Steve graduated from Bacons College in 1992.
