Matthew Dixon

Matthew Dixon has a diverse work experience in the logistics and warehousing industry. Matthew is currently the Head of Warehousing & Operational Development at Direct Online Services, where they have been working since 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Operations Development Manager at the same company from 2020 to 2023.

Before joining Direct Online Services, Matthew worked at Howard Tenens Logistics for over a decade. During their time there, they served as the Operations Manager at the Sharpness Distribution Centre from 2016 to 2020. Matthew also worked as a Warehouse Manager for the JDA Projects Team from 2014 to 2016, and as an Account Manager for Costa Express from 2013 to 2014. Prior to these roles, they held positions such as Warehouse Manager and Stock Controller/Warehouse Supervisor.

Matthew Dixon attended The Castle School and Sixth Form in Thornbury from 1990 to 1996, where they earned 8 GCSEs and completed 3 A Levels. Following this, they pursued a Diploma Foundation art and design at Filton College in Bristol from 1997 to 1998. From 1998 to 2001, Matthew studied at the University of Central Lancashire, where they obtained a BA(Hons) degree in Creative Advertising.
