Tomas Straka

Tomas Straka is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in architecture, DevOps, and cloud solutions. Currently serving as Head of Architecture and DevOps at Direct pojišťovna, a.s., Tomas focuses on building AI-driven infrastructure and supporting cloud adoption. Previous roles include Chief Solutions Architect at ACTUM Digital, where Tomas managed e-commerce projects and delivery teams, and Head of Services at Rossum, where leadership in scalable service organizations was established. At SAP, Tomas directed technical consultants across Central and Eastern Europe, and further developed expertise at SAP Hybris as a Principal Consultant specializing in commerce solutions. Early career highlights include significant contributions to leading telecommunications projects and the development of monitoring systems for Telenor. Tomas holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Charles University.
