Zdeněk Večeřa has a background in Politology and Sociology from Masaryk University Brno. With a Master's degree, Zdeněk has worked in various roles such as Senior consultant at AQE advisors, Project manager CZ & SK at iStyle CZ, s.r.o., and currently serves as a Product Owner at Direct pojišťovna, a.s. Zdeněk's previous experience includes being an Internal Coach & Soft Skills Trainer at Česká spořitelna where Zdeněk introduced digital technologies and developed sales and managerial skills of branch managers. Throughout their career, Zdeněk has been involved in process audits, proposing optimization and structural changes, as well as introducing new products for sale in different companies.
