Jessica Marino

Jessica Marino joins the DRI team as an Executive Recruiter for the Material Handling, Packaging, and Food Processing practice areas. Working alongside Cherie Shepard, Partner and Practice Leader, Jess knows that putting in the time and hard work is what delivers results. Highly skilled in emotional intelligence, she cultivates relationships with candidates and clients to create career matches based on skill sets and company cultures.

Jessica is no recruiting rookie. Before joining DRI, she spent three years working as a recruiter for the Aerospace and Manufacturing industries. Now, she pivots and brings that consulting experience to the clients and candidates. Jessica also has a B.A. in Psychology from Coastal Carolina University.
