Kanika Kalra

Kanika Kalra is a researcher at Direct Recruiters. Kanika was previously an assistant professor at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, where they created syllabi, conducted classes and assessments, including grading of exams/assignments and mentored students towards course completion. Kanika was also a member of the Board of Studies, Scheduling Officer for all Liberal Arts courses, and Faculty Member of the Recruitment and Outreach Committee.

From September 2012 to June 2016, Kalra was Co-Director of Raichur Archaeological Systematic Surface Survey, where they conducted survey, generated and recorded spatial data on archaeological architecture and water-resource features in the Deccan. Kanika created maps to aide visualization of spatial data to identify underlying patterns and recorded in-depth findings on historical archaeological data into various presentations and publications.

Kalra has also been a Research Assistant at University of California, Los Angeles from April 2013 to June 2013 and a Teaching Assistant at University of California, Los Angeles from April 2011 to June 2012.
