Gaurie Rodman

Gaurie Rodman is an accomplished professional in real estate strategy and development with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate Strategy and Development at Direct Supply since March 2013, Gaurie has held several leadership roles within the company, including Senior Director and Director of Development Services. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Design and Construction Administration at Irgens, where Gaurie managed significant projects for notable clients such as the Forest County Potawatomi Community and Milwaukee Public Schools. As the Principal of Coach House Development Partners, Gaurie successfully established a residential real estate development company that achieved $30 million in assets. Additionally, Gaurie contributed to academia as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Milwaukee School of Engineering, teaching various architectural and real estate courses. Gaurie's educational credentials include a Master of Architecture and a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, along with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies.
