Matthew Koch

Matthew Koch is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in legal and corporate governance, currently serving as EVP, SVP, Chief Legal Officer, Chief of Staff, and Secretary at Direct Supply since April 2005. In 2024, Matthew was promoted to EVP and became the first Chief of Staff to the CEO, playing a vital role in the company’s transformation. Significant contributions include steering legal responses during the COVID-19 pandemic, leading the transition to Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), and co-founding a nonprofit focused on senior living advocacy. Matthew's prior experience includes serving as Assistant General Counsel at Legacy Health System and an Associate at von Briesen & Roper, s.c. Matthew holds an MBA from Marquette University, a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Marquette University.
