Neil Rhodes

Neil Rhodes has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Neil served as the CFO at Direct Wines Inc., where they partnered with the CEO to drive rapid growth and oversaw Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and I.T. Neil also worked at Direct Wines as part of a small team focused on developing the company's international footprint and implementing MS Dynamics AX in new markets. Neil was involved in launching Swiss, German, and Australian businesses and implementing AX into the USA business. Prior to that, they worked at Showtime Arabia as a Commercial Finance contractor in Dubai, UAE. At IMP, Neil held the position of Head of Business Reporting, where they reported directly to the Global FD and was responsible for developing business reporting functionality and managing the budget process across the group. Neil also led the development and rollout of a second-phase business reporting system, implemented a global daily report for real-time tracking of performance, and managed the business reporting support team. Neil has held various finance roles worldwide from 1990 until 2001.

Neil Rhodes attended The University of Manchester from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General.
