Paul Hardin

Paul Hardin is a seasoned professional in application security and penetration testing, currently serving as a Senior Application Security Consultant at DirectDefense since April 2024. Previously, Paul held the position of Senior PenTest Consultant and Team Lead at Sparq, where leadership was demonstrated by managing a team of over 10 penetration testers and executing web application assessments using OWASP methodologies. With a background in quality assurance and web testing, Paul began at Rio Grande, contributing to ecommerce testing and internal training, and has also gained experience in mobile QA testing with notable companies like Zynga and Namco Bandai Games America. Paul is advancing educationally by pursuing a Bachelor's degree at SANS Technology Institute, building on prior studies in Fine Arts at Ohlone College.
