Mikey Meagher M.ed.

Mikey Meagher, M.Ed., is an experienced professional in the fields of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, as well as strategic partnerships. Currently serving as Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at DirectEmployers Association since August 2017, Mikey also holds the role of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Specialist. Prior to this, Mikey was the East Bay Coordinator for the Tenacity Project and the Resource Development Manager at Modis, focusing on IT candidate acquisition and client support. Mikey's background also includes serving as the Director of Operations for the Women's Lacrosse team at Jacksonville University, overseeing team logistics and compliance. Academically, Mikey earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from the University of Florida and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Jacksonville University.
