Caroline Loubaton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health sector consulting and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Coach de Start-up d'Etat at the Direction du numérique des Ministères Sociaux since June 2019, Caroline focuses on enhancing user value by developing digital public services within the government. Prior to this role, Caroline co-founded the main ingredient company®, where responsibilities included brand definition, business development, scientific advancement, product management, and regulatory oversight. As a co-founder of Laurae Conseil, expertise in specialized recruitment for strategy, organization, and human resources consulting was delivered from April 2014 to February 2019. Experience also includes work as a consultant at St Luc et Fleming, focusing on development strategy and home hospitalization, and as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company, where various operational and organizational projects were managed across different sectors. Caroline holds a degree in biomedical ethics from Centr Sèvres and is a graduate of ESSEC Business School.
