Lucile Bachelier

Lucile Bachelier is a seasoned professional currently serving as an intervenant at Sciences Po and a chargé de mission for gender equality at the DGAFP, where responsibilities include managing the professional equality fund and overseeing the implementation of gender equality initiatives in the public sector. With a background in customs and security analysis at the DGDDI, as well as experience in governmental roles such as a mission officer for the national police reserve and a parliamentary attaché in the House of Commons of Canada, Lucile possesses extensive expertise in policy development, communication, and research. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from the Institut d'études politiques de Rennes and training at the Ecole nationale des Douanes.
