Yannick BERNE possesses extensive experience in the Direction générale des douanes et droits indirects (DGDDI) since July 2014, currently serving as Directeur-adjoint du Service Garde-Côtes Méditerranée, overseeing Mediterranean coastal units and managing financial and human resources.
