Allison Kozick

Allison Kozick has extensive experience in social services and case management, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Care Manager at Direction Home Akron Canton Area Agency on Aging & Disabilities since August 2020, Allison previously held the role of Case Management Supervisor in the same organization, overseeing a team and managing Medicaid Waiver programs. Earlier experience includes directing social services at Hickory Ridge Nursing & Rehab and working as a social worker at University Park. Allison has also contributed to The Bair Foundation as a Placement Coordinator and Case Manager, assisting with the matching and licensing of foster families. Educationally, Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Malone University.
