Katherine Dabrowski

Katherine Dabrowski is currently the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Directive, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Katherine served as Director of Talent Acquisition at 3Q Digital from December 2017 to 2024 and as Talent Acquisition Manager at UpRight Law from May 2016 to April 2017, where involvement focused on enhancing consumer access to justice through innovative legal solutions. Katherine's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Recruiting Lead at Invenergy LLC, where recruitment spanned various business units and regions, and roles at CareerStarter.com, InnerWorkings, and Addison Search. Katherine's career commenced at Career Education Corporation as a Senior National Admissions Counselor/Recruiter, recognized for leadership and excellence in performance. Educational qualifications include an associate degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Wilbur Wright College and further studies at the University of Illinois Chicago.
